Throughout his career, Kali has become a master in the art of negotiation and has become a results-driven professional who exhibits tireless patience in any situation. Kali has been able to incorporate these formally acquired skills into his everyday real estate practices. He has extensive knowledge and hands-on-experience as a Real Estate Developer/Investor/General Contractor, and has performed renovations in major metropolitan cities such as Washington DC Metro, Los Angeles CA, Atlanta GA, and New York, NY. 

Although fascinated with real estate all over the country, he has a specific love and unique understanding for Washington DC Metro Area. His goal is to provide the highest quality of service and educate both buyers and sellers on applicable real estate practices to enable his clients to make the most competent and rewarding decision to suit their needs. 

Kali is an expert at navigating the incredible suite of online tools and platforms for the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) Metro areas. His greatest skill is working face-to-face with clients to execute their vision and develop a flexible, creative and unique plan of action. Kali is licensed in DC, NY, and GA.
