Our Story

Marc Dosik started his career in real estate in 1998. Since then, he has built a great reputation as an agent who goes the extra mile for his clients. He has built a team of professionals who share his passion for helping clients buy and sell real estate without the hassles that often occur. In 2025, Marc and his team partnered with Real Broker LLC, a company revolutionizing residential real estate by combining best-in-class technology with the trusted guidance of an agent-led experience. Together they serve the entire metro area of DC, Maryland and Virginia.

Marc holds the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) certification and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, training that supports the estate and downsizing work the team handles across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
